Brix Coffee Subscription - Terms and Conditions

Subscription Overview:

1. The Brix Coffee Subscription is priced at £30 for a duration of 30 days from the date of purchase.
2. Subscribers are entitled to two barista drinks per day, limited to one drink per 30-minute interval.
3. Subscribers will receive a 10% discount on all other food and drink purchases at Brix Coffee Co during the subscription period.
4. The subscription is available for purchase online.

Barista Drinks:

      5. Barista drinks covered by the subscription are limited to those listed on the Brix Coffee Co menu.

6. Barista drinks are for the exclusive use of the subscription holder and cannot be transferred or shared.
7. A minimum of 30 minutes must elapse between each barista drink order.

Subscription Duration:

      8. The subscription is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

9. The start date of the subscription will be determined by the date of purchase.
10. Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Discounts:

     11. The 10% discount applies to all other food and drink items available for purchase at Brix Coffee Co.

12. The discount is not applicable to retail merchandise or gift cards.
13. The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Subscription Renewal:

    14. Subscriptions will not be automatically renewed. To continue the subscription, subscribers must make a new purchase at the end of the current subscription period.

15. Brix Coffee Co reserves the right to modify the subscription terms and conditions, including pricing and benefits, with advance notice provided to subscribers.

Cancellations:

    16. Subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased.

Liability:

    17. Brix Coffee Co is not responsible for lost or stolen subscriptions or for   unauthorized use of the subscription.

Termination:

    18. Brix Coffee Co reserves the right to terminate or suspend a subscription if the subscriber violates these terms and conditions or engages in any inappropriate conduct.

By purchasing the Brix Coffee Subscription, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Brix Coffee Co reserves the right to enforce these terms and conditions at its discretion.
